MVP Residential Services provides construction, property management, and real estate services in Dracut, MA and the surrounding Middlesex County & Southern NH. These terms cover your use of this website and the way we quote, schedule, and bill our work.

Using This Website

The content on this site is provided for general information about our services. We keep it as accurate as we can, but services, availability, and pricing can change without notice.

Quotes & Estimates

Submitting a quote request is not a booking — it starts a conversation. Estimates are made in good faith and may be adjusted after we see the property in person. Outdoor work is weather-dependent, so scheduled dates can shift; we'll keep you posted when they do.

Invoices & Payment

Invoices are due by the date shown on the invoice. You can pay online by card through our secure payment processor, or by the other methods listed on your invoice. Overdue invoices may receive automated reminder emails.

Online Payment Links

When we email you an invoice, it includes a private payment link made just for you. Please don't share it — anyone with the link can view the invoice details.

Acceptable Use

Don't misuse this website: no attempting to access systems without authorization, submitting forms with automated tools, or using the site for anything unlawful.

Limitation of Liability

This website is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, MVP Residential Services is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website itself. The terms of any construction, property management, or real estate work we do for you are set out in your estimate or service agreement.
